Megan joined the Mignault Badder & Associates team in January 2026, bringing fresh energy and a strong foundation in finance. Megan obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Nipissing University in 2022. During her studies, she began her career in the financial industry at one of the big banks. Throughout her career, she’s held diverse roles—from Private Banking Associate to leadership—always with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. She's known for her thoughtful approach, deep industry knowledge, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Her passion for helping others navigate their financial journey is matched by her dedication to creating positive, personalized experiences for every client. 

Megan and her partner, Rob reside in Wortley Village in London. Outside of work, Megan enjoys walking her dog Rylee, hanging out with friends and family, and attending Country Concerts.
